Sheldon Scarboro, the President and owner of Topeba Janitorial Service has been in the  commercial office cleaning industry for more than two decade. He started out cleaning commercial office buildings in his friend business (Shannon Robbins) in 2001,  who runs the day to day operations. Since 1998, we have become well-known in the area for exceptional cleaning.
